great all-you-can-eat

I'll wait another 5 years!
Last night was a prime example of why I haven't been to Gerties in 5 years--and it'll be at least another 5. We had to sit in the musty, smelly basement with only one server for about 100+ people. Salad bar never got refreshed, always ran out of pizza before they got to us, and then started back at the other side, skipping us. This was the first time I went away hungry from an all-you-can-eat. GREAT PIZZA AND LOTS OF FUN!!!
My family and friends have been going to Gereties for many years. we all like different toppings and at Gerties we all get the ones we like. Service is friendly and the experience always a lot of fun.

What Service????
I was in there last night and my family and I were there for 1 1/2 hours and recieved about 5 pieces of pizza. The waitress ignored our table and my son left crying because he was still hungry. I went to the counter to file a complaint and the cashier told me she did not care whether we returned to the resturant or not.
