Excellent This is a comfortable, casual restaurant serving a variety of Indian dishes. The portions are reasonable, even slightlhy large in the case of some dishes. They will prepare dishes in 6 spice levels, ranging from mild to extra hot. The average dish costs between $9 and $12, including rice. This is a restaurant for flavor lovers. Even the hot dishes are bursting with flavor, not just spice. You won't be disappointed. [07 Aug 2005 19:11:43]

Magnificent. Best we have found outside England. Love this restaurant and also the Indian supermarket next door they own too. Management is really helpful if you tell them you want to get something particular you just ate from the store, they will go in and find it for you. My husband and I like different levels of spice and they always cook it perfectly. I am a timid level 1 eater and he's a 3 and we both love how they cook it. Lovely service, attentive. Portions big enough for me to take enough home for a 2nd meal, hubby eats all his tho! Only criticism is that the mango lassi should be chilled not room temp which was a bit offputting. We drive for an hour to get here, that should tell you how much we love it (and that there's no nearer Indian restaurants). Will continue to return. Atmosphere a bit lacking but I am used to British Indian restaurants which are move heavily decorated and thicker atmosphere. Love the way someone walks around with a water jug constantly.
