Don't Expect Customer Friendly Service
Ate there on Ash Wednesday 2/25/04. Me and a coworker ordered the Fish n Chips and it was supposed to come with jalapeno tarter sauce but they ran out according to the waitress. Asked to see the manager... she brought some coleslaw juice. I wanted a to order something different but the "manager" named Monica said just because I didn't like it didn't matter! I told them to take it back and I wanted it taken off bill. They couldn't do that either because I ordered it. I got perturbed and demanded it to be taken off...she goes to the police officer that was on duty and he says there's nothing he could do 'cause I ordered it! (The cops there to keep the restaurant from being robbed but what about the customers.) Most establishment will bend over backwards to keep customers evidently they are busy enough and don't need repeat business. I will be contacting corporate headquarters to see if they have any sense... EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!    [26 Feb 2004 06:56:19]
