Interesting This is a very cool place to visit. It has historical significance (read the story on the menu). The Mediterranean bread, salad with 3 dressings and pizza in a bowl are my recommendations. They are awesome. My husband and I came here on our first date, I would not recommend anyone do that. The booths are very private and slope inward (a little tense for a first date). There are some big booths that are a lot of fun with a big group. The service is good but the place is horribly crowded on the weekends and the owner does not take down names, he seems to just "remember" who came when. I have waited as long as 3 hours in the past. The place is small, but we have never been disappointed. Bring cash. They don't take credit cards. [24 Jan 2002 17:35:57]

My Favorite Pizza Place in the World!! I am from Bombay (India), and my aunt who lives in Chicago took me there for dinner.. and they served me the best pizzas I have ever eaten. It was so good that I actually asked my wife to take a take away the next time she visited Chicago, and I relished it in Bombay. [21 Oct 2005 03:08:15]

Worth the wait!!! Incredibly long wait...incredibly good pizza. The salad and dressings and Mediterranean monster tortilla are a meal in themselves. In a class by themselves!! [22 Feb 2007 23:01:20]
