Parkers - don't waste your time Don't waste your time here, it's too high priced for the quality of food and dining experience. If you want young and immature servers waiting on you, pushing overpriced wine and drinks and then not being able to explain the differences between two types of fish, then go ahead. But since everything is ala'carte, this place will run you about $50/head for dinner. At that price, wouldn't you want someone to tell you the difference between sea bass and grouper? Highly Recommended Some of the most creative seafood dishes I've found in the Midwest. I loved the Manila Clam Chowder (lighter than New Englnd style) and Crab Cakes (high percentage of actual crab meat). For my entree I chose the Grouper which which was presented in a light reduction. I did substitute wood roasted (I believe Yukon Gold) potatoes instead of mashed as they are very hearty and tasty. After dinner in the dining room our party made our way to the lounge where we finished the evening listening to the pianist, sipping port, smoking cigars and feeling like the Rat Pack. The servers were a bit young but from my experience very friendly and not immature as a previous post stated. Definitely a little pricier than other seafood restaurants, but you do get what you pay for. [03 Jan 2003 14:31:15]

Parkers-Greatest Seafood in the Burbs I think that Parkers is by far one on of the best places to go if you have a taste for fish, if you do not like seafood you can still get other items there such as pasta and meat entrees. the staff there is well training and knows there facts completely. wait staff was very attentive and helpful, tried to accommodate us as much as possible. The combination platter was a delight. and dessert was even better! only complaint that i have is toward management, doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing, or her. [07 Mar 2007 14:46:25]
