Sushi Nazi
I've been going here, for years, and
the only "glitches" I've run into were
from new waitresses. (Word to the wize -
sit at the sushi bar.)
If you are a "return customer", the
cuts of sushi become ever thicker!
Or, at least, thicker than any I've
seen at any other sushi restaurant in
Chicago or suburbs.
Here's the "tip-off" -
Did you ever go into a sushi-bar where
the "uni" is displayed in that little
glass enclosure? Wrong!!
That stuff oxidizes in seconds, forget
minutes! Ask any sea otter!
You'll never see uni on display in the
glass case at Kuni's.
And, of course, if you are a sushi-
glutton, Kuni-san will "toss" you new
incentives to encourage your obsession!
