Best Omelet in town.
I've been a fan since the 70's. Sarkis' reputation into this century is quite remarkable. Everyone that I have seen and met there always enjoys the meal. His "What make difference" credo is why he was a success. I highly recommend the "Disaster" sausage patty that he invented as well as the "Loretta" sandwich which is delicious.
Too bad that Santiago didn't keep on. He could have easily made that his place.
