Complaint
We dine at Old Country Buffet at least once a week and really enjoy it. Aug 17 we were there and the ice cream machine was jammed up. My husband tried to get some and it unjammed and shot ice cream down has entire side of his body, pants, leg and shoe. A very young manager did hand him a few towels but never apologized or anything. He was only concerned about getting the machine running again. Sure was embarrasing, sticky and uncomfortable. He could have offered us a free lunch or something. Earlier there was an older manager there going around and checking with everyone to see if things were ok and that is great. Otherwise we love Old Country Buffet. Mediocre
If quantity is what matters to you then this is the place.
