Awesome food - awesome service

The Wedge is GREAT
The steak is fantastic--but what upstanding steakhouse isn't? The house salad is to die for! A simple wedge of lettuce with chunky blue cheese and diced tomatoes on top, yet the BEST! My favorite restaurant
Outside of K-Paul in New Orleans, this is my favorite restaurant. As steak houses go, only the Chop House in Chicago is better. It can be a bit stuffy, but I like to snob it up from time to time and when I dont, I walk in in my dress shorts and thumb my nose. Anyway, the wine list is phenominal, all my favorites are on the list--I could go broke if I indulged the way I am tempted. Not impressed with the sommelier. Food is outstanding...perfect. Everything is good. Even the bleu cheese dressing on the slab of boring ice berg lettuce--I have tried to copy it to no avail. They make the best Cosmo I have ever had! Thank goodness they are cheaper than the wine!! I just love it here...from the cigar bar to the crisp white linens to the yummy steaks to the view of the wine 'cellar' to the martini list and all the warm wood paneling.
