We Ate Like Family
I had just returned from Rome and was in no mood for more Italian, but a friend insisted we meet up at Francesca's North. My biggest shock was that the food outstripped the quality of what I had eaten in Rome. Hands down. I am not kidding. Not to mention the waitstaff was friendly and flexible. I asked to have a few ingerdients added to my pasta dish and they were very cool about it. Nice mix of young, older and a few families with teenaged kids, so it felt like I was eating at a true neighborhood place. I loved it. I had a taste of my friend's fish and regretted that I hadn't ordered the same, it was very nice. Lots of parking, welcoming, big portions, very enjoyable.    [23 Aug 2004 22:47:22]
