A disappointment! I love teppanyaki and was looking forward to a wonderful albeit expensive meal. The food was awful -- shrimp was gross, fried rice was 2/3 ground beef! The chef was nice, but not that experienced - kept cleaning the grill and trying to get the crud down a little hole in the table which would regurgitate and he would force the garbage down by stabbing it with a chopstick. The staff started cleaning while we were in the middle of the meal and took away our salt and pepper -- when I asked to keep it (to season the awful food), she said "but we're cleaning". They were stacking chairs around us and cleaning the rug during our meal. Also we were surrounded by drunken teenagers who were screaming al ot-- which did not seem to make anyone but the other customers flinch -- they don't seem to card. Total bill for 2 was $104 for possibly the worst dinner i've had.    [02 Jun 2007 17:34:10]
