Italian Food
I have eaten at this Olive Garden many times and have not yet had a bad dining experience. The food is always on time, well prepared, and the wait staff does a good job of watching the tables.    [16 Nov 2001 02:20:29]

Service - What service???
It was the first time my husband and I were out since our baby was born (four months).

We are very excited about our night out, but were very disappointing with Bonnie, our server. She basically would only come around to bring our food. Never asked if we needed anything, wanted more drinks and had more conversation with the high school kids next to us, which wasn't her table than worrying if everything was okay for us.

When she brought our check, she was the only time she was very quick to return for payment.

Overall, she wasn't very cordial and we felt very disappointed and it ruined our night.

My husband and I don't expect much when we got out, but we don't want to be ignored and feel that we don't exist.    [26 Nov 2002 11:11:32]

Great Memories

Wonderful Food but Bad Service
Our service was very disappointing the last time we went to Olive Garden. It is my favorite restaurant, but I was not impressed with our waitress who seemed to be rushing us out of there and never coming to check on us. She basically ignored us the entire evening and it took forever for her to bring us our check since she never checked on us. I will continue to eat at Olive Garden just because of the wonderful food but I hope that I don't receive service like that again.    [17 Jun 2005 13:41:15]

HORRIBLE SERVICE
The last time I will ever eat at the Peoria Olive Garden. The server was rude and when we asked for a manager, this young (early 30s) kid come out with a snotty attitude. He must be fairly new, I haven't seen him there before. I think that Olive Garden should choose their staff better.    [25 Nov 2005 14:23:46]

One of my Favorites
I have eaten here many times and have always had good food and good service. I go more at lunch than dinner. At dinner, you can still order from the lunch menu so if you are a light eater, the lunch menu is better and cheaper.    [19 Jul 2007 12:05:19]
