Timpone
Timpone's is supposedly the premier dining spot in Champaign/Urbana. Having heard wonderful reviews from friends and family, I visited the location with my wife. Salad was excellent but bread wasn't served promptly. Server seemed stuffy as did the whole place - maybe just not my style. Our entrees were enjoyable but nothing to write home about. We had pizza and the duck. Both dishes were cold when served. I've heard that their pasta dishes are better. Prices were reasonable. I'd be hesistant to go again.    [21 Dec 2005 14:40:05]
