Customer must be always be wrong
Never actually got to eat the food. Went into the restaurant (3 of us) and there were 4 booths open and lots of tables. First she asked if we had a reservation!!! It was okay we didn't, she had room for us. We asked for a booth (I have had back surgery and the chairs are too uncomfortable.) She said no. Not understanding, we took the table and were thinking of leaving, when another party of 3 came in and were seated in a booth. We asked why we couldn't have the booth and she said they have to seat in sections.

Pizza good, service sucks!
Pizza is great, but service and management are terrible. We waited almost an hour for a pizza and they didn't serve my daughter her mozzarella sticks until after my husband and I had already eaten a piece of thick pizza. As the waiter walked by 3 times before taking our credit card, I finally went to the manager who argued with me and said he was leaving the company in a month cause he couldn't keep employees. I have never been treated that way in any establishment I have ever been in. I am shocked at how I was treated. I will NEVER eat there again!! Too bad, we love the pizza! I have been going to this Edwardo's for years and the same for lunch or dinner, never enough staff and no one cared. It's too bad because we would go there more often.    [18 Feb 2007 21:17:43]
