BAD SERVICE!!!!
We had awful service from the Suparossa Restaurant last Saturday night, Oct. 12th. The main goal of the wait staff was to turn the table. This was not a pleasant dining experience! One of the bus people spilled olive oil on one person in our party and never even apologized. We would not go back to this restaurant! Great Food
I have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times the food and service were what I would expect at any 5 star restaurant. The menu consists of mostly Italian. The serving size is large enough for two people to share and still fill you up. There is a large wine list and items on the menu most kids will eat. I highly recommend trying this place should you want a nice evening out that wont break the bank. I don't think there are any items over $20 with most in the low to mid teens for a large serving selection. I have found the service to be very good both times, you don't have one waiter, we were waited on by several people during our dinner.
If you like a dark restaurant that has the appearance of high class but get away with wearing jeans and gym shoes this is the place for you. It isn't so quiet you would be afraid to bring children as they have music playing at a nice level. I had Lasagna (5stars) and my wife had Chicken Parmesan (5stars) and after we finished it didn't look like we dented our portions, the bill came in under $40. I have only great things to say about Suparossa. My experiences have been wonderful and the waitstaff were really accomodating. They took the time to explain dishes and really made our time there an unforgettable one. The food was fantastic and makes you feel like you are getting a little piece of Italy. This is a great place
The food is fantastic. Big portions guarantee delicious leftovers at home. The service is nice. We rarely have to wait to get a table, but if we do, the lounge is pleasant. Also, the prices are reasonable. So, what's not to like?    [07 Oct 2006 18:20:53]

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I think that this establishment is a joke and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!! I couldn't even tell you which dishes that we enjoyed as we never had the opportunity to order as our server never came to our table...... as for the managment even caring, think again our complaints were ignored just like the service from our server.    [01 Mar 2007 19:35:53]

Awesome place to eat at
This is the place you want to take your family. As soon as you walk in there is someone to greet you. The wait is shorter than predicted. The prices are reasonable. It's been a long time since I've received such great service!!    [27 Apr 2007 18:27:33]
