Very Good The food and the atmosphere is great with a fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. It is a little small inside, but they all make you feel welcome! [15 Oct 2005 02:44:19]

Watch Those Hidden Charges!!! January 15, 2006: Sunday morning we entered the restaurant at 11:10 am. We were given dinner menus. We asked if breakfast was still available, we were informed that it was still available, no problem. By the way, there was no mention of "Sunday Brunch". Our party of three ordered moderately, all had eggs, one had pancakes, one had potatoes, one had bacon, two had half orders of biscuits and gravy. All had drinks. Imagine our SHOCK at the bill of $27.83! When I questioned the price, I was informed there was a penalty charge of one dollar per entree for ordering breakfast after breakfast hours. An $8.00 hidden charge. I consider this THEFT!! We could have gone someplace NICE for less. There is nothing mentioned about this policy in the menu, the server did not make mention of it, and it is not posted anywhere in sight. Although I protested this obvious rip-off, no adjustment was made to my bill. My server developed a serious smart attitude when I questioned these tactics. I will not go back, but I will share this information with the Better Business Bureau, Madison County Visitors and Convention Bureau, and anyone else who'll listen. [30 Jan 2006 10:56:07]
