Great Job!

I miss the OnionBurger
I was born and raised in Anderson, and the best memories I ever had was when my father would take my brother and me to the Lemon Drop. We'd all get the same thing - an Onionburger, with lettuce, pickles, mayo, and of course, more onions - with a side of fries and a *REAL* Cherry Coke.

I moved away from Anderson in 1993, and still talk about the Onionburger to this day.

The ambiance is of a '50s diner - you can't find those anywhere - and NO Johnny Rocket's does NOT count.

I'd say it's one of the best burgers I've ever had - if not the best overall.    [20 Jan 2007 02:59:12]
