Food was....Ehhhhh...
Let's face it, it's a buffet.

Although they serve seafood, I'm not a big seafood kinda guy, so if I want some, it won't be at a [China] buffet.

I can only really comment on the chicken and rice since I don't recall seeing any beef. The chicken offerings were ok. The rice was dry. Worse than both was that they only offered 'duck sauce' packets. Food on a scale of 1-10[poor]-[dynamite], I'd give it a 5.    [22 May 2006 13:57:39]

Love their takeout - not big fan of their buffet

Take out good, buffet not-so-much
I have to agree with the above. The buffet is usually less than desirable, but the choices are pretty good in variety, and the kids love it. The turnover simply isn't enough to keep the food fresh unless you are there on a weekend night and then you have to wait at times. Either than or fight the *buffalo people. On a brighter side, the take out prepared to order is very good, with large portions and FAST service. In Avon it is by far the best. Of course with take out you don't have to deal with the *buffalo people.

*Buffalo people - coined phrase to describe the herds of buffet people who consider a buffet not only an upscale meal but also as a contest to challenge cousin Joe Bob to a Lo mein eat off. Come on, you know who I mean.    [04 Mar 2007 18:12:41]
