outstanding service
I visited this Mcdonald's in Chesterton on my way through on a trip. The manager by the name of Robert and his staff were the friendliest of any McDonalds I have stopped at. I am glad that Mcdonalds hasn't totally lost what started the business back in Ray Kroc's day - customer service.    [14 Jan 2007 21:45:47]

I had the pleasure of participating in the McDonalds Idol contest for 8 weeks. Robert and his staff were a pleasure! They made the contestants and supporters really feel special!! It was really nice to enjoy dinner and fun there each week. The community seemed to really get involved in this activity!! Hope they keep up the good work!!!    [27 Mar 2007 23:53:58]
