Description

The "Grinder" traces back to WWII when Italian immigrants set up sandwich shops on the East Coast close to shipyards. Fresh Italian rolls were filled with deli meats and cheeses were sold to shipyard workers called "Grinders" because they ground rivets off the warships. Bellacino's Pizza and Grinders is a large Midwest chain of restaurants featuring grinders, pizza, salads, appetizers and other choices. Kids can choose from an individual pizza or grilled cheese grinder. Menu and pricing vary by location.

The food is really wonderful, the staff is very frindly and helpful. The food is inexpensive. While we were there Paula and Dan checked on us several times to make sure we were happy with our food. We couldn't have asked for better service. We will defintely be back. We would like to thank everyone for a job well done.    [24 Aug 2004 15:27:04]
