First of all what is going on in this restaurant????

First person that met us was complaining about her job, telling another employee she was not about to make anymore sweetener any time soon. This employee was dressed sloppily...shirt tails untucked and sweating and wiping her sweat of with her hand then handing me my drink...REALLY???

As we went through the line to pay for our meal the employees never greeted us nor did they treat us like customers. They just stood there and complained about their jobs at the restaurant.

There were three of us dining, and they brought 1 roll each to our table with two small butters, and dropped the basket on the table and left.

Went to the buffet and found hardly any food prepared, people standing in long lines and scraping the bottoms of the containers in the hopes of being able to eat. Plenty of chicken...because it was overcooked if not burnt. Nowhere near the quality of food one expects from any restaurant.

Had to ask server for more rolls and drinks, she asked what we had, and we told her it took her about 10 minutes to get back with our drinks...and then we asked where our rolls were, and she said "I will bring them soon". I immediately stood up went and got some off of the buffet. She brought rolls back 10 minutes later. Never once were we greeted by staff or management.

I am disgusted at this point, unsatisfied with my service, meal, and cleanliness of this establishment...go to get dessert...the desserts are hanging off of the buffet, and the ice cream machine sounds like it is about ready to explode, lights flashing all over the place, and nobody addressing the issue.

I start walking back to my seat when I hear an employee screaming in the back by the kitchen doors extreme profanity that would make a sailor blush. F*** the customers and F**** the managers they can F**** off. At this point I was beside myself and knew I had to tell management about this disaster of a dinner.

Told the manager what I had just heard, and he said "Yeah I know who that is". A few minutes later...no surprise, but he was talking to our server, and she was yelling at him causing a scene in the middle of the restaurant right by the cash registers. This manager did not seem to be able to control this employee's behavior, because she continued slamming things around and doing what she wanted.

Our meal total was almost $40 for 3 people...I would not even let them pay me $40 to eat there again.

I have never seen worse customer service in my life, nor do I ever hope to have to see this again.

I would not recommend taking your family anywhere near this establishment, unless you want you children to come out learning some new words that will make the teachers frown at school on Monday.
