It was a terrible experience. We had to beg for refills on our drinks. I had potato soup with no potatoes. The waitress spilled a whole glass of tea on my husband and pregnant daughter-in-law. My husband's new sandals (costing $50.00) were ruined. My daughter-in-law was soaked. The waitress said she wasn't used to plastic cups. She didn't bring napkins or help clean up the mess. The people at the next table gave us their napkins. I ordered a fish sandwich and substituted the soup for fries. They brought the sandwich with one small piece of fish and no soup. Then they brought the soup and said the sandwich would be right out. I did't eat the soup and by the time the sandwich arrived I wasn't hungry anymore. We were very disappointed with the service and the way we were treated. Our discounted bill was $55.00. We never have this kind of service at the Buckheads in Louisville. We will not be back.
