The Chef Boyardee of Pizza Sometimes, in a nostalgic moment, it's fun to open a can of Chef Boyardee ravioli. That's Arni's pizza. Essentially bad pizza, but fun on occasion. This is the pizza midwestern baby boomers grew up with before the Sixties changed us. The restaurant on Wallace Ave. could use a dedicated cleaning crew. I personally observed some sort of live roach on the floor, and a large creeping insect on the wall. The junior or senior salads are generous but nothing outstanding. They use some sort of processes lunchmeats and shreeded mozzarella. The rest is ordinary iceberg lettuce. My wife reports that the soups are good. The only restaurant in town that makes you, personally, write your D.O.B. and license number on your check. Feels insulting. [19 Jul 2006 11:18:27]

A must visit place when I get in Lafayette Arnies is fantastic. I always go there 2-3 times when I visit Lafayette because I have to have the Junior Salad, stromboli, Sub sandwich, and Windsor. I've heard they have a new one called the "gut buster" that I'll have to try. [04 Nov 2007 18:33:49]
