Great Service!!!!!
1-21-04: I came in to dine. Had wonderful customer from the two female workers. I enjoyed my wonderful experience at your Arby's that night. They went above and beyond their call for duty. All my food was freshly made!! They even came out and asked if everything was ok. I want you to commend them for this. I do believe praise is in order. For the manager on the other hand was very rude! She was walking around the store on the phone the entire time. What ever happened to that nice young lady I believe her name was Shannon. Every time I came in she was so kind and friendly to me, but this new girl was very rude!    [25 Jan 2004 01:49:07]
