Not Happy
I went into the Captain D's in New Castle, Indiana on 01/01/03. As I was walking into the restaurant one of the employees was climbing over things, even the counter.

I ordered the Giant and Fry special For $3.39 plus tax. While waiting on my food I noticed another employee giving free drinks to the people who came in behind me and didn't order anything; I'm guessing they were friends.

When I got my food and sat down to eat it, the radio was playing rap music which I have no problems with, but what would the customers with little say about it do?

The restaurant was dirty and so were the bathrooms. There were people behind the counter in plainclothes and no uniforms, there was even somebody back there that didn't even work there. When I was eating my sandwich it was hot and good but it didn't taste like it was done all the way.

I am very disappointed about the way the store was run. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back there again.    [26 Apr 2003 22:01:44]
