Messed it up
I ordered a large pizza and a sandwich I was told I had to order a whole instead to get the buy one get one free. Then they screwed up the 2nd sandwich. When I called them to tell them, there wasn't anything they could to do to make it right --all because they didn't write it down the way I wanted. Great customer service.    [04 Oct 2006 21:10:41]

Customer Service - I think NOT!
I ordered two large sausage pizzas: One with extra cheese and one with barbecue sauce. Both pizzas were delivered with cheese only. I called and was told I could receive credit or another pizza. I told them we would take another pizza and they told us okay, but you need to send back the other pizza.

We had four kids at the house who already ate half of the pizza. If they were going to give us a credit without taking the pizza back, why couldn't we keep the wrong pizza that was already half eaten and still receive the correct item? Customer service they do not have.    [01 Aug 2008 21:35:33]

Horrible food. Rude employees.
I am very displeased! I ordered a supreme pizza and a mushroom pizza at 7:51 pm. I was told it would take 40 minutes. When I received my pizza 45 minutes later the supreme had four little peppers on it (that were burned). If there were any onions you could have fooled me. My wife didn't seem to mind that her mushroom pizza was cold and doughy. The supreme was also slightly burned on top, but I didn't taste it.

I called back to complain. I was told they would deliver a new pizza in 40 minutes. That was fine, but the I waited for 45 minutes, called back and was told they had a delivery that was far away an I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I had waited almost two hours for one pizza, then I got rude with the lady because I was mad. She hung up the phone up on me. I don't any excuses when I call because it isn't my problem. I would suggest going to another local pizza place because they're all just as good and I have never had any problems.    [20 Sep 2008 23:04:39]
