Yan Yan = Happiness
The restaurant is very appropriately named. It translates to meaning happiness. I couldnt be any more pleased with the service and foods. Their buffet be it affordable is also of good quality and rather diverse for a small mom and pop operation. The more one eats there the more they begin to feel like part of a very large extended family. Ken and Dianne the owners and operators make a point to insure that everyone who eats there is happy with their decision and holds themselves to very high standards.

My only negative criticism would be preparation of such foods as kung pao chicken but only because of my personal tastes when it comes to texture of Americanised-Asian dishes. I personally prefer that the ingredients be finely chopped almost to the point where they are unrecognizable. However that doesn’t keep me from referring everyone I know to this establishment.    [11 Dec 2004 21:56:10]
