It's Still Cookin'
60 years old this year, Nu Grille stands as a testament to the rich lore that the city is built around. A small cornerside diner, Nu Grill has rightfully earned the reputation for serving up some of the best burgers around. It is a popular spot during the noon hour for many area workers and friendly townsfolk alike. With no pretense at being 'five star', many claim it's the relaxed and very casual atmosphere thats makes it special, others just swear by the food, between mouthfuls!
Whatever your reason for stopping, if you are a fan of the ole style small city diner, Nu Grille is a stop you won't regret.

The Best Diner in the US
The Nu-Grille has changed owners to a man who worked at the restaraunt when he was younger. The food is probably the best diner food in Kansas and it is busy all of the time. The building has been revamped and the atmosphere will take you back in time. Wherever you are make the trip to Fort Scott for the Nu-Grille. [07 Jul 2006 11:50:52]
