Inconsistent
Chips were light and crisp, salsa was fresh and tangy, beer was served in a frosty mug, so I got my expectations up for dinner. But chille relleno was prepackaged food service and enchilada was totally bland. Well presented on a plate that included flavorful carne asada--maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. After dinner coffee was fresh, but sherbet was served in its food service styrofoam cup.    [31 Dec 2005 05:56:27]
