Not up to sirloins standards
I visited the Sirloin Stockade in Junction city, KS. On 5 mar 05 at approximately 4:30 pm. We were not seated by an attendant as in other Sirloin restaurants. As I moved towards the crab salad, the person cleaning the glass over the serving bar began shaking the rag out right in front of the food. (Didn’t eat the salads) The main courses such as the chicken and roast beef etc were all very tasty and looked good. I did have to shy away from the desert bar as my favorite; the bread pudding looked to be about 2 days old. The only thing that looked palatable was the cheesecake. I recommend that all the personnel take a refresher course from the personnel at the Sirloin Stockade in Manhattan KS. I take the family there 2 to 3 times a week. Returned after 6 months and will a very bad ordeal
Went to the steak line and found out the wait for steaks and chicken was about 10 minute. Went back after 9 minutes to find the chicken was just being put on the grill and the 4 steaks were still not done. They were very busy but the cook still only put on a couple of steaks at a time. I complained to a manager and after about 10 minutes I was brought steaks that were burned not medium well as ordered. Manager was too busy sitting at a table to fix the problem. This was the worst service I have received and will make sure all my friends know how bad the service is. Well If the management doesn't care why should the employees.    [04 Jul 2006 20:33:35]
