HORRIBLE SERVICE
We have visited Angie's a handful of times. The last two were really awful, the most recent having been the worst. We ordered two drinks, one being an Italian ice, the other a shake with two flavors. The young man working was distractedly taking our order, and rang us up with a total of $7.99! The Italian ice was under $2, and the shake was under $3. I called it to my husband's attention as he went to pay, and he asked for the receipt. We examined the receipt and pointed out to the young man that we had only ordered two drinks. He was extremely rude, and kept insisting that we'd ordered three. He would not refund our money, nor correct his error. We refused the two incorrect drinks, so we ended up paying $7.99 for one Italian ice. I will NEVER go back, and I have written the management a letter demanding my money back.
