We enjoyed our meals at La Fiesta, although the enchilada plate and tacos left us wondering what made them different in taste than we were accustomed to, being from New Mexico, and formerly from Texas. (Not bad...just different.) All in all, a pleasant experience. Good portions, friendly waitress, and relatively fast service. Nice atmosphere also. Your choices for Mexican are limited in McPherson. Fairly bland chile-wise though...in New Mexico we would say the food was seasoned for "touristas." All in all, B+    [15 Dec 2006 17:16:41]
