Best Chinese Food Around!
My family and I tried a little known Chinese restaurant, one set into a small strip mall location. We didn't know what to expect, being that it looked small and ordinary from the outside. Once we stepped into the front door, we realized our error in judging a restaurant from the outside. The place is BEAUTIFUL on the inside! Rich red walls that are accented with gold designs and wall ornaments. Soft lighting (the light covers are bamboo umbrellas) and pleasant (non-blaring) piano music set the atmosphere. You can have a quaint dinner of two or a party of friends at any time. The food is delicious and unique, yet at the same time, comfortable and relaxing.

The service is wonderful! The owner, Rick, is outgoing and attentive, but in no way overbearing or stifling. The waitservice is prompt and unintrusive. You don't even realize that you glass has been refilled half the time. The waitstaff are friendly and helpful. If they see you often enough, they will make it a point to know your likes and dislikes, ask about family life and inquire about you in general. They are so amiable and likable, you can't help but to feel as if they are friends by the time you establish yourself. When we eat there, we feel as if we are going to eat with friends.

The price is extremely easy on the pocketbook! My family of four can eat lunch (which comes with soup, entree, rice, and crab rangoon/egg roll) for $18 and a dinner for $30. We are always bring home leftovers, and believe me, my family is not shy of eating.

Our family favorites are the hot and sour soup (My five year old loves this and wants it everytime... and it has tofu! The more the better he thinks.) and Wok Roasted Chicken, a not-to-spicy-but-kicking dish that is lightly breaded (not fried) and cooked to perfection. We love the amount of food that comes with each dish. And it is the same each time. All the chefs are trained to prepare each item alike, so that when you go on Friday, you will get the same taste and flavor on the following Thursday.

If you want wonderful food without having to pay out a huge amount of money, try Fortune Wok. Everyone to whome I have recommended this place has contacted me to tell me how much they loved this place!
