The Customer is Always Wrong...
I used the heavily-advertised carry-out service last night during the coldest and snowiest evening of the year. I waited for 20 minutes. At this time, a "20-something authority figure" asked me to park elsewhere because the time limit for carry-out parking was 10 min. He said I'd ordered something that took too long to cook (a steak!) and that I'd have to park elsewhere and walk into the restaurant to get my food (the temp. was 5 degrees). That was the reason I wanted to use carry-out in the 1st place--to avoid getting out of my car. Lazy, arrogant mgt, bad attitude: "the customer sucks." M, Topeka    [15 Feb 2007 21:20:06]
