unbelievable
I was driving from San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA when I decided to roll through Topeka. Tired of subway, we decided to give Constantine’s a try. This was 100% the best meal of our 4 week long journey. Lou Constantine is a native Pennsylvanian who moved out to Topeka to create dishes to amaze. He came out and chatted with my friends and me for quite some time, making us feel the sincerity of his purpose. The staff was friendly, and they make great homemade dressing. We ate outside and they kept music playing late into the evening. If I ever find myself within 100 miles again, I’ll go back in a heartbeat.    [06 Sep 2005 12:25:22]
