The Perfect Onion Ring While I realize this place is known for great red meat. It should also be known for huge 1/2 inch think sliced, breaded onion rings. [25 Jun 2002 23:42:19]

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Lamb Chops My husband and I have been living out of state for 14 years now, but whenever we are in Lexington, we always hold a family reunion at the Chop House. Everyone enjoys it, they are fine with the large groups, accomodating and next to the fireplace is cozy and inviting. I always order a double portion of lamb chops because all my family (including kids) want a bite no matter what else they order. They are incredibly tender and with 3 chops to an order there is enough to share with someone. I have tried to duplicate the flavor and tenderness at home with little success. [07 Nov 2003 12:29:12]
