The food is always delicious, the service is always prompt, and the wait is minimal. The only complaint is perhaps the atmosphere or cleanliness of the establishment.    [16 Dec 2005 07:27:10]

IT IS NOT DIRTY!!!!!!!
I have gone to the Oasis for many years and have watched it become one of Lexington's best restaurants. It is clean...NOT DIRTY...and the atmosphere is unpretentious. The Lebanese owner does not serve liquor of any kind and don't try to sneak a drink in! Ahmad is the world's best waiter. Go early on week-ends before it fills up and it does inded fill up.
