Absolutely Delicious !!
After reading several reviews online, My wife and I decided to give York St. Cafe a try for our 21 anniversary. We are from Columbus, OH. I can say that there is not a restaurant even near Columbus with the feel or or dining experience. The food and service was impeccable. My wife had the free-range Amish chicken breast. Unbelievable meal. I had the daily special, T-Bone Steak with rice and black beans. The spices and flavors of the dish were amazing!! I have never had the combination of spices in a steak dish, My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Both meals were to die for. Needless to say that our next visit to Newport will definitely include York St. Cafe. P.S. The chef and owner visited our table, with a smile and congrats on our anniversary. Tremendous Style! Good Food / Romantic
Very good service, great food. Romantic atmosphere. After your meal go up stairs to the 2nd floor for live music and then the third floor for some always changing and interesting art.    [07 Jul 2007 21:28:30]
