Incredible Pizza
Ever since my first experience with Chicago-style pizza when I was very young, I had been looking for a place to satisfy my craving and was very pleased when I found out that my hometown of Owensboro, KY had a pizza restaurant that served REAL Chicago-style pizza. Many chains have tried to "pawn off" things they call "pan pizza" or "deep dish," but most of them had come up empty on flavor and heavy on dough. "Brothers" pizza is very similar to pizza from "Gino's East" in Chicago as well as "Pizzeria Uno" which has franchises in various cities around the country. They also serve a thin crust pizza which is not nearly as good, but is comparable if not better than other "chain" pizzerias. Awesome Cold Chicken Salad
My husband and I went there a few months ago to try it out for the first time. I have been on a very strict diet & don't have many places to choose from to eat. I was hoping they might have salads & they did. So , I tried the Cold Chicken Salad & it was so good. Now my husband can have his pizza & I can have a healthy great tasting salad at the same place. The salads have all natural ingredients. No added salt or sugar like a lot of places. We go there almost every week now. I did try a bite of the Chicago pizza & it was pretty good. My husband says the thin crust taste like crackers though.
