Description

Bonefish Grill was founded in St. Petersburg, Florida in January 2000. The concept for the restaurant chain is to take the "mystery out of fish," "tell their guests where the fish came from, how best to eat it, and how to experiment with the fun sauces they created to go with the fish." (From the restaurant web site.)

Bonefish claims to fly in its fish fresh every morning, where it is checked for quality and then cut and weighed by hand. That results in a variety of eight or more fresh fish to choose from. The restaurant asks visitors to experiment with a variety of sauces and preparations for the fish.

Great Choice!
Great choice to have a nice dinner in Baton Rouge. Lovely area of town and prices are not bad either. Imperial Stuffed Grouper was fabulous and my husband always loves the Chops Florentine! Highly Recommended!    [15 Mar 2006 10:54:27]
