Brandt's is a family owned restaurant that reopened in 2004. The previous restaurant bearing the family name was a Baton Rouge dining institution called Chalet Brandt. At Brandt's Maisonette, the food is delicately prepared and the servers are knowledgeable about wine parings as well as the dishes.
