Description

Cozy neighborhood joint located on the edge of uptown and the Garden District. We have undergone a lot of changes after Katrina including a new owner, new chef, and a complete renovation of the restaurant making it a neighborhood hit. We have a full bar and a terrific brunch and dinner menu.

Hard to beat combination
You can get good food in a casual atmosphere - all in the company of gentlefolk here. A hard combination to come by in N'Awlins. Menu specialties include the freshest seafood seasoned to perfection. Mama's own kitchen quality here, supervised by a VERY picky owner. Had terrific stuffed soft shell crab (fried in batter). Companion enjoyed a snapper fillet.

The quiet, casual atmosphere is a real plus in NO. Easy to find location too. Have eaten there many times but didn't know about this review page. The comment below is from a "pick one" list. I would never say "...eaten at"!!
