OK Food, Attitude Service
The food is good at Scupper Jacks, but the service is declining over the years. It is becoming hard to get the aging waitresses to come back for drinks order, and a smile would be a good comeback.    [18 Nov 2002 18:22:04]

Good Food, Service, Atmosphere but Small Portions
After reading the "o.k."review from 18 nov 2002, I still made the trip to Scupper Jacks. As with a lot of negative experiences, I think the reviewer may have caught a bad night. My wife and I arrived about five minutes to opening only to be let right in with a smile and our waitress was just as impressive with her demeanor.(I had three glasses of water with my dinner and I never had to ask for any refills or look for our waitress.) The food was better than average and served hot, however, the portions did seem to be on the small side.    [11 Jan 2004 09:16:42]

Excellent
My husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Scupperjacks in August, 2003. We had 45 people in our party. I can't write enough to say how wonderful experience we had there. People that were at the party are still raving about how great the food was and especially how nice and efficient the staff was. Our food for all 45 of us came out from the kitchen perfectly and at the same time. Amazing.

I believe the coordinator for the wait staff that worked our party was Todd. He made everything run so smoothly. He told me just to let him know when I wanted the food out. I had a great wedding but the rehearsal dinner was a wonderful start. One quick note, Chris who booked the dinner party was really nice to us and very flexible about what we wanted there.    [31 May 2005 22:34:09]

Recipe
Everything was perfect. We were there on Sunday the 23 of July. Danielle was our waitress and she was great. We didn't have to wait for anything and the restaurant was busy.    [26 Jul 2006 18:35:38]
