Forget Bertucci's Andover
Twice I have tried the Bertucci's in Andover and twice it was awful. The first time we waited for a table, even though there were plenty of empty ones. It took about 20 minutes to be seated (there wasn't a waiting line). Then we sat and waited for the waitress, and waited, and waited, and left.

Last week we decided to give it another chance only because we received a gift certificate. The waitress and service was fantastic. I ordered the lobster/shrimp pasta dish that was highlighted. What is so gourmet about canned tomato soup with bits of lobster and shrimp on undercooked linguine? That is what it was. We also ordered a small cheese pizza. It was undercooked and the crust was doughy. I have advised any and all to stop patronizing the place. [Submitted 05 Nov 2006.]    [30 Nov 2006 16:39:26]

Always Amazing
I live in Andover and have been to Bertucci's at least 40 times now. It's always been fantastic. The waitresses are always friendly, the rolls are always delicious and filling, and we have never had any problems with the food or anything. I love it here!    [13 Feb 2007 16:59:15]

Do Not Go to Bertucci's
This company cares nothing about good customer service. If you complain thru their website, they send you a letter asking you not to return to any of their locations. They don't know how to handle customers so they bounce you around to other people in the company until you are tired of trying to get thru to someone.    [30 May 2007 14:55:48]

Best Bertuccis
At this Bertuccis there is a reason you wait, its the smallest yet best restaurant the company has. The food here is always tops and the girls working here are great. Everything is made to order and tastes delicious!    [12 Nov 2007 17:49:36]
