The Best Vietnamese Outside Boston I hope Viet's Cafe is here to stay in Arlington Center. They have one of the best Saigon beef stews I have ever tasted. The broth is just soooo good---works perfectly with noodles, bread, and especially steamed rice. I often order this tasty dish when I cannot decide what to eat there, but I recommend other stuff, like the vermicelli dishes and the grilled meats that you wrap with a blanched rice wrapper. Exquisitely delicious! [21 Sep 2003 11:12:23]

Fantastic Noodle Soups On a cold New England night, it is worth braving bitter wind chills to visit Viet's Cafe and get one of their delicious, hot and hearty noodle soups. [15 Jan 2004 18:40:30]

Indifferent food and service I got take out from here, a vegetarian dish that had nothing but carrots and onions, nothing green at all and not very good. Plus they staple up the bag as if it is complete. I get to work and open it, no napkin, no fork, no condiments, no chopstcks, nothing, Very indifferent and unfriendly. I won't be back.
