Still Great Although the name has changed, the location, owners, and food, have not. We've been going there on a regular basis for over four years, and we've never been disappointed. For more information, see our review under Ole Mexican Grill. [04 Sep 2005 08:10:37]

Great Regional Mexican Cuisine When I can find Mexican food that is so savory even without an abundance of cheese, I am thrilled. I have tried numerous dishes as have my companions and no one to date has been disappointed. The portions are ample, the service is very good, the decorations spirited and they play authentic Mexican or Latin music. The only thing that would make it better for me is if they had fresh brewed iced tea or fountain beverages (as they tend to have less carbonation than canned sodas). [01 May 2006 18:06:11]

Phone Off the Hook I think this place is good, but really how much more annoying can it be when a place of business takes its phone off the hook on what should be their busiest day of the year (Cinco de Mayo).
It makes me almost not want to go there.

Worth the Wait We love going here. Small but very good. Up to Californian standards, which should tell you something! Wish it was a bigger place. [Originally submitted 16 Sep. 2006] [09 Feb 2007 15:28:22]

Absolutely the Best People who give bad reviews are probably thinking of Mexican cuisine like "Tex-Mex". Well, this place serves authentic Mexican food. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for real flavor. [Originally submitted 05 Feb 2007] [09 Feb 2007 15:30:06]

Simply Overrated We visited this restaurant last night. The service and the food/sangria was by far the worst we had experienced in recent times. The chiles rellenos that I had ordered was burnt and when I brought this to the attention of the waiter,he acknowledged the error in the kitchen but thereafter proceeded to ignore us until he arrived to ask us for dessert which we gladly skipped.
When I called on him about my burnt meal he brushed that off by saying that i had eaten some of it(had barely taken 2 bites) and walked away without waiting for a response. I barely ate 10% of the meal. [Originally submitted 19 Aug 2007.] [05 Sep 2007 11:17:18]
