Catch 22 Doesn' t Make the Catch I have given this local restaurant more than a few tries. The food was good the first visit, but upon return the consistency had already plummeted. From what I learned from a nervous and forthright server the restaurant has experienced problems holding on to their kitchen staff.
As the number of diners start to increase, the noise level becomes so loud you must holler to order your food. You then hope the server heard you correctly because it took so long for the food to come that you would starve to death if you sent it back. Who knows what you would get back in its place anyway. My companion ordered veal Parmigiana. After what seemed an eternity the meals arrived, only to discover that the veal turned into chicken on the way to the table. The server swore she ordered veal. Fifteen minutes later the new plate arrives with a healthy piece of cooked shoe leather. What happened to the veal? Many patrons enjoy frequenting a restaurant in their town to meet other folks, enjoy the servers and bartenders and quite often strike up a conversation with the owner. In this case all but the last is true. The people gathered here truly want this place to work. They like the location, company and sometimes the food. Unfortunately, I think the owner flunked personality 101. From what I gather, no one has the pleasure to be graced with his bitterly sarcastic and insulting wit. It is said that on extremely busy evenings he can be found at the bar across the street while his restaurant struggles to meet the needs of its clients. What's up with that? [19 Oct 2005 09:34:00]

Delicious The restaurant was hard to find, but I heard good things, so Mapquest it if you can't find it. The food was quick and hot. I got the calamari as a yummy appetizer. Service was great, cute waitresses to boot. They had fun live music with a lot of people singing and dancing along. A great social atmosphere, and the food was delicious. [20 Dec 2005 00:28:32]

You Can Catch Me There Tried Catch 22 for the first time. Had the veal Parmigiana. My friend had the panini sandwich. The prosciutto was in it was thin and so good. Food came out fast and was very tasty. Live music in the lounge was cool. Bartenders are nice to look at as well.
Talked to the owner, the guy will tell you anything you want to know about the place. All about the number 22 and how it was connected with the name. Not sure what that other guy meant. Maybe he was in a bad mood that day. Anyhow I definitely recommend the place. [31 Jan 2006 13:54:57]

This Place Will Catch You 22 The place is fantastic - food, service, clean as your grandmother's kitchen.
I've been there many times. The owner is always there, and he and his girls are really nice people. [23 Jul 2006 00:18:58]

A Newer Catch My husband and I have been regulars at for a few years at the Catch. We love the food, they just recently changed the menu up and added a bit of flair to their atmosphere. We think its better than ever but still with the same charming waitresses and bartenders. (which my husband of course loves) [25 Jul 2007 14:22:07]
