Overpriced for ok food and surly service. Go somewhere else. Coffee came and went before dessert showed up. Waitress poured new wine into old glasses. You should get more for these prices.    [15 Feb 2004 18:56:31]

Go somewhere else!
We had dinner at the Aquitaine during restaurant week in Boston. Food served on the special menu was inferior, thank you for the very small portions it was all we could take. Salmon entrée tasted fishy, the Cornish hen entrée was flavorless and under cooked. The bland peach cobbler dessert was missing the primary ingredient, peaches. Beet salad appetizer was good, nothing to rave about. One person in our group ordered off the main menu and said her food was so so, nothing to entice her to come back.

Our first visit to this establishment will be our last.    [08 Sep 2005 09:59:26]
