Description

The first location of a local mini-chain of Brazilian cafeterias. A wide range of food is offered, with selections that change daily, from salads, to spit-roasted meats, to desserts. Most of the food is offered at a set price per pound (note: a plate of all meat has a higher price than a plate that is less than half meat), so patrons fill their plates and pay after weighing the plates at the end of the serving line. Drinks and desserts are a la carte.

The atmosphere is very basic. Although patrons serve themselves, the staff busses the tables.
