New Charlestown Wow, I can't believe there is place in Charlestown that is not the high and all mighty and not low end garbage to eat. I had the hanger steak and frites and my date loved the salmon. The New Zealand mussels were great and an awesome espresso brulée finished the night off, not including the 10 glasses of wine we had by the glass. So many glasses, so little time! Great Place, Good Food, Doesn't Break the Bank This is a great find in the Navy Yard. It's a great place to hang out at the bar or have a nice meal in the dining room. The food is excellent, and it's surprisingly affordable. In the summer, there are even tables outdoors. [15 Feb 2005 12:54:43]

Diamond in the Rough If you are tired of paying too much and getting too little, head for the Bistro. Hard to believe they can continually provide such exceptional quality at such low prices......but they do it! Congrats John & crew. You have done Charlestown and the surrounding area right. It's refreshing to know that there is at least one restaurant owner that has not let greed get the better of him. Cheers! [03 Jan 2006 12:11:22]
